The team of Zondex Valve Manufacturing Group successfully completed the production and delivery of a batch of Butterfly Valves Model 301 for an industrial project in the United States of America, located at 1010 Goodnight Trail.
Within the scope of the project, the valves were manufactured with the following specifications:
— Body material: stainless steel CF8 / AISI 304
— Disc material: stainless steel CF8 / AISI 304
— Seat material: EPDM
A key stage of the project was the comprehensive engineering and technical selection of the valves. The company’s specialists conducted a detailed analysis of operating conditions, including pressure, temperature range, type of working medium, and tightness requirements. Based on this data, an optimal configuration of butterfly valves was selected, ensuring stable operation of the pipeline system and extended service life.
Particular attention was given to engineering design and compliance with international standards. The use of stainless steel AISI 304 provides high corrosion resistance, while the EPDM seat ensures reliable tightness across various types of media.
Quality control was carried out by the company’s in-house QA/QC department at all stages of production — from incoming material inspection to final testing of finished products.
